Sleek Dip It Eyeliner

Today I would share some love in the makeup department for a tip top ‘drugstore’ brand. Fallen off the radar in recent months, if you cast your mind back the buzz word when it came to high-street makeup was Sleek.

Comprising of their pretty fantastic eye shadow palettes and wide range of lipstick options, it’s not surprising that this brand got a whole lotta love. One of their most classic and well loved items is the I-Divine Palette, which now comes in an impressive 17 options. The sleek dip it eyeliner in black is no exception.

Packaging: It comes in a tiny genie bottle-like plastic container in matte finish. It has a long applicator handle, and a felt tip.

: Opaque in just one coat. The ink is quick-drying, opaque, and matte as a stick of charcoal.  It has a typical nail polish smell.

Application: This stuff is fool-proof. The applicator has a sturdy and slim felt tip that glides smoothly, without tugging, on the lids, and allows you to create both thin and thick lines easily. The long, slim handle gives you control for an even more precise application.

Overall thoughts:
The brush is fine which helps to apply the liner precisely.  Even after 3-4 hours, I did notice some smudging or creasing.  Also, the color pay-off is a lot like other eyeliners I own, and once dry, can be removed easily completely water or an oil based remover.  It didn’t irritate my sensitive eye area and I really like it. For the price, it does an awesome job.
